Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The pears add a nice sweetness to the barley. I thought that was a bit too much cinnamon though. Next time I will halve the amount. Used regular barley (not quick cooking), so mine took about half an hour total + 1/2 c more of water. Also, the calorie count is way off. Mine had only 182 calories! Submitted by:
