I made this for my husband's birthday, and it was a big hit! My husband doesn't usually like anything low fat or 'diet', but he loved it! And I agree, it's definitely even better the next day. I couldn't find the coconut cake mix, so used white cake mix. I'll try it with pineapple or orange next Submitted by:

Wow! Not only is this cake extra Yummy-- it's Extra EASY to make!My husband ate 2 slices of it last night and then took an extra big slice in his lunchbox today!
