this is a great alternative to flour pancakes. a little "spongey" but not bad at all. i used Truvia instead of sugar so my calorie count was 230 for 1 serving. also, i made minis & managed to get 10 pancakes at 23 calories each...can't beat that! Submitted by:

I made these today and OMG! I did use spenda instead of sugar, sugarfree syrup and Cool Whip Free as a topping with a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. My 3 and 4 year olds were begging for more. This is an ABSOLUTE KEEPER! Submitted by:
