My question is how is there only 256 calories in this when there is 2 cups of BBQ sauce needed? I have sweet baby rays at home, and if I used 2 cups of sauce, the sauce alone would be 1120 cals. Is there a bbq sauce that you know of that has a LOT less calories? Submitted by:
