I added this to my favorites. It's low in calories I beleive, because it is a soup not a casserole dish. The counts seem about right to me. We love balck beans and this is it. I'm growing black beans in our garden! Submitted by:

I haven't made this yet but will. To cut back on the sodium I will cook dried black beans to eliminate the sodium from them, and may try it with lean turkey instead of ham. Submitted by:
