Nutrition & Calorie Comments

What is the serving size? So many of these recipes give you how many servings, but not many if any give the serving size. I have to watch my carbs and whatever the serving size is would almost be my entire meal. Submitted by:

I left out the sugar and lightened up on the cinnamon. It was very good! Submitted by:

I cut the calories even more by using cut up and cooked butternut squash for one third to one half of the potatoes. just boil it right in with the sweet potatoes. Use a bit less half and half since squash can be watery. i also use Splenda brown sugar and just a dash of cinnamon. Always a hit here. Submitted by:

I think this is much too sweet. Why add sugar and cream to sweet potatoes, when they are naturally sweet and have a lovely flavour? Submitted by:

I loved this recipe, but I am only able to allow myself a half portion due to the carbs. My family thought that it tasted great, too! Submitted by:

Last night I cooked up a med.sized prime rib roast for four of us and it was wonderful.I split a large sweet potato in half for two of us and then put AuJus(prime rib juice)over them and they were wonderful,no sugar at all and we both(girlfriend and I)really like them that way. Submitted by:
