The nutritional value of this can be upped by simply adding more veggies, using extra-lean beef, low-sodium tomatoes, pasta sauce and whole wheat pasta. Good basic recipe to play around with! Submitted by:

i thought this was okay. Mine came out a little dry. I did use low fat ingredients which may account for some of the problem. It was good and we might make it again... i plan on using moure sauce next time. Submitted by:

This dish is unreal, even with dinner guests.I made it with chicken mince, whole wheat pasta,ff sour cream, reduced fat mozzarella & added some crushed garlic. We served it with a green salad & wholemeal bake at home rolls & it was a huge hit.I will definitely be making it again. Thanks!!! Submitted by:

I plan to make this recipe very soon, using Smart Taste pasta by Ronzoni and fat-free sour cream! Thank you for sharing it! Has anyone tried freezing individual portions-- I'm hoping that will work well with this recipe! Submitted by:

I made this and the family LOVED it - all the leftovers from last night are GONE!!! I used ground turkey and fat free sour cream to lower the fat content. It was really good and I will definately make it again. Submitted by:

Good, mine ended up a little dry for my liking, so I might use more sauce next time. Also used whole wheat pasta ans fat free sour cream. Submitted by:

I made it with homemade pasta sauce, homegrown tomatoes, lowfat sour cream, and ground turkey instead of beef, and it was pretty good, but I think I needed to add some salt. I also added some chopped onions, squash, zucchini, and garlic. I should have added more salt to balance all the vegetables Submitted by:

The sodium content in this is way off. When you put the same ingredients into the recipe calculator you get a much lower sodium content. The Spaghetti sauce In the Ingredients list it's showing over 7 cups of sauce when the recipe only ask for 3.5....this also affect the calories. Just an FYI Submitted by:

I might try this sometime with the veggie ground round. Also, I noticed a lot of sodium in the nutrition info. That's the only flaw. I would make it with the veggie ground round and also vegan Parmesan. Submitted by:

This sounds delicious. I see sparkpeople calculated calories based on lowfat sour cream. Seems like they should list that in the ingredients! Submitted by:

This was absolutely wonderful! My husband even loved it! I used morning star's veggie beef substitute because it has low calories, high protein and vitamins, and tastes just like beef! Submitted by:
