These certainly don't seem like they are "light" or "reduced"; they are very tasty and filling. I did substitute Splenda for the sugar and butter for the margarine. Then I pureed some peaches and cooked them down to make a syrup... yuum!

Lovely, light and fluffy! I subbed baking Splenda and added a pinch of sea salt, blackberries and a scoop of protein powder. They didn't even need syrup. Submitted by:

I use honey instead of sugar, and olive oil instead of melted Smart Balance. I also add a teaspoon of ground flax seed for additional fiber and omega-3's. This recipe is wonderful! Even my husband, who doesn't much care for pancakes, can't get enough of these! Submitted by:
