Recipe chgs: used 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce instead of oil; used 1/4 cup of xylitol & about 25-30 drops of Stevia extract (NOW brand) for sweetener, (Next time add 1 tsp of stevia extract which is equiv to 1/2 cup of sugar) 1/8 tsp of ground cloves instead of nutmeg.
