I followed the recipe exactly. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but the vanilla wafers floated to the top while baking. When I took them out of the oven, they looked like poached eggs! In future, I will cut the sugar by a third or half and try graham crackers as others suggested instead of wafers. Submitted by:

If you exchange the sugar for splenda, the cream cheese for tofu and the vanilla wafers for 18 graham crackers you end up with an Under 100 Calorie Cheese cake.....Add a couple tablespoons of coco powder and you get a chocolate cheesecake. Submitted by:
