Often wondered what "alfredo" is. Now I know - a cheese sauce that's not quite a properly cheesy sauce. I make a savoury white sauce. A basic white sauce, and add either mustard powder to the thickening agent, or coarse grain mustard - plus herbs & seasonings. Keep cheese as protein in other meals. Submitted by:
