I've used the leftovers as a baked potato topping. Yum! I like to mix up the seasonings. My favorites: fine granulated garlic, garlic pepper, onion salt, shallot salt and smoked paprika (of course, I don't use all of those at the same time!). Mix garlic with oil instead of sprinkling for no burn. Submitted by:
