Delicious! I substituted egg roll wrappers, since that is what I had on hand. I also added a 1/2 tsp of chili pwd for a nice kick. Samosas were great w/ Maj. Grey's chutney, and fatfree yogurt mixed with dried mint. Leftovers rewarmed well in toaster oven. Submitted by:
