I took LMCNAB's advice and baked 3 in a Corning Ware dish and 4 more on a Pam spayed cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 450*. Oh my goodness! These are awesome. I have been low Carb for over 2 months and lately I have been craving a cheeseburger in the worst way. So I made this today and used it for the bun.
