Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was very good, my entire family loved it... I did not use the oil, added oregeno, cayenne pepper and worcestershire sauce for more flavor. I had rice as a side dish for everyone but me, I had mine w/o the rice to save on calories..this receipe is definately a keeper. Submitted by:

Our whole family loved this recipe! I used ground turkey, no oil, and cabbage which was pre-chopped to make cole slaw as a time saver. I also used low-sodium soy sauce. Since I didn't have green pepper, I substituted celery. It was very nicely seasoned. Submitted by:

I have made this several times now and we love it!! I used reduced sodium soy sauce, and about half of the suggested amount. Also I include whatever I have on hand for fresh veggies. great way to get those veggies into the diet- this is one recipe I will pull out to make again & again!! Submitted by:

Made without carrots (none on hand) and used reduced sodium soy sauce. Great fresh flavor with the cabbage and we enjoyed it. Very quick and easy. Will make again. Submitted by:
