Our whole family loved this recipe! I used ground turkey, no oil, and cabbage which was pre-chopped to make cole slaw as a time saver. I also used low-sodium soy sauce. Since I didn't have green pepper, I substituted celery. It was very nicely seasoned. Submitted by:

I have made this several times now and we love it!! I used reduced sodium soy sauce, and about half of the suggested amount. Also I include whatever I have on hand for fresh veggies. great way to get those veggies into the diet- this is one recipe I will pull out to make again & again!! Submitted by:
