I make stuffed green peppers all the time and thought I would try this healthier version with ground turkey and red peppers for extra Vitamin C. I added a little tomato paste which added exactly what this recipe needed. My hubby and son loved them. Next time I will add a can of corn to the mixtur Submitted by:
