I just made these muffins tonight and I am so impressed! I changed the sugar amount (I put 4 tbsp. of Splenda) and added a tsp. of vanilla extract. They were so delicious! I've been looking for a healthy muffin recipe to get me away from my Pop Tarts in the morning! Thanks so much! Submitted by:
