I loved the idea of this. The pancakes browned on both sides but were goopy inside. The pancakes I gave an additional 20min at 350F were a lot better. Definitely use salt, pepper, and other spices as the squash is very bland otherwise. Pretty tasty with salsa.	Submitted by: FAYE_D (3/15/08) report inappropriate
