This was a good recipe. I used lf/sf cheesecake pudding instead of vanilla & omitted the cherry pie filling (to save calories). Thanks for posting. Submitted by:

I made this recipe the other day with slight addition with yogurt with fruit instead of putting fruit on top of cake wow was this great. Now I can have the forbidden cheesecake without all the calories. Submitted by:

O M G!! I made this for a get together last night and it was a HUGE HIT!! The only change I made was using the cheesecake flavor pudding and adding more fresh lemon juice. I cut up fresh strawberries and made a sugar free raspberry sauce for the toppings. Definately a keeper! Submitted by:

Does anyone know how much the calories would be if you left off the pie filling? I adore everything else, I just like my 'cheesecake' plain! I would hate to cut myself of some calories I could have! Submitted by:

The recipe is calculated using 3 servings of low fat cinnamon graham crackers. That is only 6 full graham crackers and they only cover the bottom of a 5 x 7 pan. I made this in a 5x7 pan and calculated for 15 servings - 89.3 cal. Submitted by:

This is so good, I made this with sugar free chocolate pudding, and omitted the lemon juice, and, I used a low fat graham cracker crust. It is hard to believe that the carbs in this recipe is so low. Try it, you won't be sorry. Submitted by:

I have made this recipe many times before and it is delicious. The one difference I have is that I hate the flavor of the fat free cream cheese so I cover it up with sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding instead of vanilla. Love the cottage cheese idea below! Tons of added protein! Submitted by:

This is a great recipe because it tastes so rich and decadent. I love to make it with sugar free cherry or blueberry pie filling. I also use the sugar free Cool Whip. Great for pot lucks! Submitted by:

This looks so good! We all like cheesecake but avoid it for most of the time due to sugar & fat content. I will definitely make this soon. Submitted by:

Made this tonight & it was easy and came out great. Didn't have low fat grahams, so used regular, a few more calories. Didn't let it set overnight, couldn't wait to try it. Bet it will be even better tomorrow. Definitely will make again. Submitted by:

A twang of some sort left me disappointed. Don't know if it's the lemon juice or the sugar free pudding. I'll try it again without the lemon juice. Submitted by:

Just awesome! I used Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, 2% milk and put 1/4 cup of the filling into Keebler Mini Pie Crusts. Comes out to about 200 calories. Jello has a Make and Serve SF vanilla pudding that has significantly less sodium than the regular SF pudding so I used it too. Submitted by:

Made individual servings in cupcake pan using the low fat vanilla wafer in the bottom( crush it up). Then added a trick a trainer taught me, add a scoop of protein powder to the cheesecake mix! Can't even taste the difference. Submitted by:
