Great idea for a quick snack or breakfast! I don't use faux sweeteners so added half a tsp of sugar, which I added to my nutrition tracker. I also added a dash of nutmeg. I might try adding vanilla next time. It is like eating rice pudding! Half a serving was plenty for me. Submitted by:

This recipe is great and a nice change from eating eggs all the time. Just be careful. The nutrition info is based on using 10 almonds, not 1/4 C or about 135 calories. Submitted by:
