Next time I will use less oil, this was splattering in the oven. It was really good and I enjoyed it. I used lawry's instead of salt & pepper. Submitted by:

I made this tonight. I used extra garlic and instead of olive oil I used PAM olive oli spray to decrease the calories. It was wonderful. I doubled up on the serving!
