I made this with a hunk of chuck steak because that was what was on sale this week. It was incredible! The meat just melted away in my mouth! I agree it needed a bit of salt, but we have gotten away from putting it in while cooking, just adding what we need to our plates. I WILL make this again! Submitted by:
