Loved this. Made it for a friend who is on gluten free, low fat diet. Had plenty for her family and mine so I didn't have to make dinner twice today. This was GREAT!! My whole family liked it! My 16 yr old even went back for seconds!!
I do have one question though what size servings are your listed calories calculated for? 1 cup, a 1/2 cup??

This is a great meal for a cold winter day! I did make some alterations. I halfed the recipe because it was just way too much soup for us. I also added a cup of fat free chicken broth and some diced onion and green peppers. I served it with crushed frito's on top for the kids. YUMM-O Submitted by:
