Delicious, easy, inexpensive, filling....all sorts of goodness in one pot...topped with a little low fat sour cream and a side of baked tortilla chips...so much flavor for so little fat. THANK YOU! Submitted by:

This is a great meal for a cold winter day! I did make some alterations. I halfed the recipe because it was just way too much soup for us. I also added a cup of fat free chicken broth and some diced onion and green peppers. I served it with crushed frito's on top for the kids. YUMM-O Submitted by:
