This recipe has almost half a day's allowance of sodium! By using 2 cans of diced tomatoes (no added salt) instead of the tomato sauce, and 2 tsp Mrs Dash seasoning in place of the salt and Hamburger Deluxe, I was able to get the sodium count down to 200 mg.
