unusual, quirky, surprisingly tasty delight! never would've thought of the apples, but it takes the harsh off the curry ~ much as Indian mumsie's use a dash of molasses. The apples make a fiberific alternative to the molasses although different flavor from the molasses entirely... Submitted by:
