My kids loved these, and I liked them very much. They are quite cake-like, which isn't my favorite cookie texture, but I know that's a result of the low fat content. Might try a small amount of oil next time instead of the applesauce and see how that affects the texture. Submitted by:

Has anyone made this wonderful-sounding recipe using brown sugar substitute instead of real brown sugar? If so, how does it taste? It would save a few calories, so I'm interested in finding out if it works out just as well as the original recipe. Submitted by:

These were so easy to make. My kids are going to love them. You can even make a cream cheese icing for them. 4oz fat free cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar and 1tbl. skim milk. Submitted by:
