Great recipe! I had difficulty with the marinade burning as well, even with adding water. Perhaps the sugar? I think I will try baking it next time. Submitted by:

This is wonderful. I cut the brown sugar in half which made it more appropriate to my personal taste. The glaze is rich and has depth of flavor. Submitted by:
