Nutrition & Calorie Comments

As the previous reviewer said, the meat is not listed in the nutritional facts. There are not 3 cups of veggies listed also (I counted 1.5 cups, plus a broccoli spear). Finally, the serving size is 1, and almost six oz of meat and 3 cups of veggies are a lot for 1 person. 391 cal w/chicken and rice. Submitted by:

It appears the calorie content/full ingredient list is missing the meat. Am I the only one who noticed this? I thought it was too good to be only 250 calories. Submitted by:

it was good, not great. I added steamed baby carrots, and sugar snap peas. Would have liked a little more sauce, but will certainly make it again! Submitted by:

I added 3/4 c. reduced sodium chicken broth & increased the cornstarch to 1 T. We really liked this. Next time will add the red pepper flakes as another person suggested to bake it a bit zippier. Submitted by:

Very good. I added 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper. Would add 1-2 TBL of water to the sauce next time as it was a little salty for my taste. Submitted by:
