my husband and i take 7 pounds of roma tomatoes and process them in a blender until smooth. then we add about 1 cup of water (for boiling off), season with cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper. we make this as our base. we fry up the 3.5 burger we can each have and add it to the base.
