I omitted the sugar and only used about 1/2 tsp of the smart balance

very good, though next time I will probably just bake the potato whole and add the cinninmon, sugars, and smart balance after. Even with spraying the pan first it required a good soak and scrub to clean. Submitted by:

I felt like I was being bad! I omited the regular sugar and just opened the sweet potato and added toppings, I felt like I was at Outback (those are 687 calories) Submitted by:
