This has become a new family favorite! Instead of the hot sauce, I just sprinkle in some cayenne or crushed red pepper and add just a bit of sea salt. Cornbread is an excellent side dish with this. It makes way more than 6 servings, but is excellent for lunch the next day! Submitted by:

My family loves this recipe! I use Healthy Choice smoked sausage for fewer calories and sodium and add a teaspoon of Tony Chachere''s salt-free Creole Seasoning for an authentic creole taste. Makes plenty for leftovers! Submitted by:
