I am in the process of cooking this at the moment, and OH MY GOD... it looks freaking amazing, it tastes amazing (I taste tested) and it smells amazing. I used fat free skim milk, and grabbed a container of garden veggie lite cream cheese from dunkin' donuts, but this is one of THE best recipes ever Submitted by:

My fiance ate this and he does not like cooked veggies but loved this
. I did try the Garden Herb cream cheese and low fat milk. I would definatly make this again.
