moist juicy chicken! Kids chowed it down. A little bland so I'd recommend salt & pepper under the skin along with poultry seasoning, or your favorite spices. Definitely more healthy than my usual butter basted roast chicken! Submitted by:

I made it today and it was great. I had a big bird, so it took a little longer to cook. I also took the juices, skimmed off the fat, then add cornstarch, making a sauce. It was yummy, grandkids loved it to. Easy. Submitted by:
