Our family had this the other night and it was awesome. No one had any idea that it was so low in fat because it had so much good flavor. Don't understand the comment about too much fat because this recipe had less than others I found here and it was so good to boot. Submitted by:

I'm looking for a way to make Spaghetti Carbonara that is reasonably healthy. May I respectfully ask what is low fat about this recipe?
