130 calories and 11g of fat pr serving comes from the cheese alone. I would substitute low fat or reduce the amount. Also, Why dredge in butter? If you use half a TBS pr breast that ads 50cal/5g to the recipe. And they get covered by the sauce anyway... NOT a healthy dish in my eyes.. Submitted by:

I love this recipe! I had to use Cream of Chicken soup and I placed sliced swiss cheese over the chicken breasts (instead of mixing in shredded) before adding the sauce. After everything was together I smashed some fat free croutons and sprinkled those on top and then baked. It was so yummy!! Submitted by:
