I've made something very similar, but it goes a lot farther than 6 servings- probably makes 8 cups- and 1/2 cup is plenty-
so 1/2 cup serving would be about 300 calories...

Splenda could be used for both the white and brown sugars to cut the calories considerably and would be more diabetic friendly. If not for all the sugar, I would have given this a 5 star rating. Submitted by:
