I kind of make this however, my favorite jello is peach. I use a small package of sugar free peach jello and make it according to the package direction but when it come to adding cold water, I add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup of vanilla carb smart ice cream. We really enjoyed this one. My 7-year-old granddaughter made it while I finished making dinner, and everyone gave it 2 thumbs up!
Calorie count is WAY off. This actually has 90 calories/serving if you divide it into 6 servings (8 oz Cool Whip Lite = 500 calories). Will definitely make again.

Pretty good idea! Just sweet enough to take the edge off the sugar cravings.... However, I tried it with grapes and I think I'll try something different next time. It wasn't bad, but I think blueberries or strawberries would be much better. Submitted by:
