I loved this but didn't put the pine nuts in. I'm counting calories and the pine nuts adds 385 calories, it's delicious without them. Submitted by:

I'm diabetic and this has some good carbs making it a good and flavorful side dish. I left out the cinnamon and pine nuts, but added frozen mixed veggies and garlic which I sauted together before adding it to the couscous mixture. Chopped chestnuts added crunch. Submitted by:
