Finally, a recipe that the whole family liked - from my husband to my 3-yr old! I had to raise the heat to 400 after the initial 45 minutes and cook it an additional 15min. Otherwise I followed the original recipe. Everyone used a bit of salt according to their taste. This is so easy and delicious! Submitted by:
