So easy. First thing I ever made in my crock pot. I say skip the noodles and add some red potatoes, onions, celery... other hearty veggies, but not til an hour or two before finished or they get very mushy. This meal is hearty but not particularly healthy. Also, quite salty, I think. Submitted by:

Very good recipe for a cold, rainy day. I served the left overs with brown rice instead of the noodles and that was great too and less calories, I would think. Submitted by:
