I made these as mashed sweet potatoes. I doubled the recipe and baked 4 potatoes in the oven with my roast. Peeled and mashed them. Then I added the cinnamon and vanilla with 1/4 c. brown sugar and 2 Tbls. butter. They were delicious! Thanks for sharing. Submitted by:

I haven't tried this yet but may for Thanksgiving. Instead of Splenda I will use STEVIA, a natural no-sugar/no-calorie sweetner...it's the best! Submitted by:

I made this dish tonight without looking at this recipe. And i used splenda too. I use splenda in everything! The only thing i did differently was to add lemon juice to it, just a tad of water to cook it down. Once done,i added a little fat free cooking spray and fried them to eliminate the water Submitted by:
