Pretty yummy. But I just couldn't get the cottage cheese to blend very well. The nutritionals surprised me given the nature of the ingredients, but it looks like you have 2 cups of eggs listed rather than 2 eggs! This will alter the fat & cholesterol significantly! Submitted by:
