Delicious & nutritious. Great for our cold weather. I substituted Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the sweet unsalted butter and added some zuchinni, golden neck squash, & 1 C. frozen corn kernels. Also omitted the 1/4 flour . . . didn't feel we needed it. Our family loves this soup! Submitted by:
