This sounds so good to me. I'm going to try it with almond meal instead of rice cereal so it's lower in carbs. Yum! Submitted by:

Really tasty!! Chicken was very moist. Because I need to keep sodium low, I will use half of dry ranch dressing or spread it out over more chicken. Will definitely have it again. :) Submitted by:

We use crushed Corn Flakes, add a bit more ranch seasoning, and cover with low fat cheese the last 5 minutes. Top it with Franks Red Hot, and mmmmmmm. Submitted by:

Essentially a lower calorie take on a classic Campbell's recipe, minus the condensed soup. The original calls for crushed tortilla chips, but I think I prefer crispy rice for its crunchiness. It's VERY crunchy with a strong Ranch flavor. Also try melted butter over the chicken before serving Submitted by:

Love it. I've made this several times and my family loves it. My boy friend is a picky eater (he loves hamburgers with absolutely nothing on them...not even cheese) and he actually really likes this. I also cut down on the ranch because it is a little salty. Great recipe. Thank you Submitted by:

This is delicious! I've made it twice and it has come out cooked perfectly and juicy. It satisfied my craving for fried chicken so I enjoyed it without having to worry about fat and calories Submitted by:

I liked these, but more importantly, my guy RAVED about them! He said he could have this dish every single day. I used panko instead of rice krispies, and only 1/2 pouch of ranch dressing mix as others did, to keep the sodium down. Baked at 375 for about 35 min and they were moist and wonderful! Submitted by:

This was a great meal. I used fiber one cereal instead of the crispy rice. I even got my granddaughter to eat it. Very moist and a new way to cook chicken like deep fryed without the fat. Thank you!
