This was a good recipe. I used 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 all purpose flour. Also, I made the cookies smaller and got 44 out of the recipe. The nutritional information came out to be calories 98.2, fat 5.3, carbohydrate 12.9, protein 1.5. Submitted by:

Although it isn't super healthy, I was impressed with the flavor and fiber in these cookies. They are not diet cookies, but if you portion them well ( I got over 30 small cookies) you could save yourself the calories and still get a great snack that matches your nutritional goals.
