I make this using Low Sodium Hormel Bacon Pieces and Cabot 50% Reduced Fat Cheddar. Heat oven to 375, coat chicken in Olive Oil and Dried Oregano, cook 35 minutes, then toss on Bacon and cheese. YUMMY. Submitted by:
