I don't add the ice, because the frozen fruit makes it thick enough. I'll also add protein powder and fiber powder, for a filling breakfast or snack. Submitted by:

Absolutely delicious! I use nonfat plain yogurt, the berries, 2 T skim milk and 2 T juice ... no ice since I use frozen berries. Thick and delicious! Submitted by:
