Really liked this easy recipe. I used canola spray oil to cut the calories like others suggested and used a little garlic and some bread crumbs with the powdered parm. Yummy! Submitted by:

This sound yummy, but the calories are high, noticed your quantity for parmesan cheese was 1/2 c not the 1/4 c in your recipe

I LOVE zucchini so this was right up my alley. I actually altered it a bit though. I rubbed on a little garlic and used Parmesan powdered cheese (less calories). Make sure to spray the bottom of the pan! Submitted by:
