245 calories for ONE side serving of mashed potatoes? You could eat an entire Lean Cuisine entree or main dish for the same amount! You have to be a serious mashed potato fan to spend that amount of calories on a single serving! Sorry! Don't think this is very healthy. Submitted by:

Sounds good to me. For those who think it's a "BAD" recipe because of the fat, I say, well, you can fit anything into your diet in small amounts, and it's good to have the calorie counts so you know where it can fit. Submitted by:

This is very similar to a recipe I make, I use fat free sour cream instead of the half and half. Cook about 1.5 hours for the full pan. Submitted by:
