I attempted a layered thing with the jello/pineapple mix on the bottom, a layer of cream cheese, then the celery & walnuts, topped with the cool whip. I made this today for a sparks gathering in Melbourne FL. It is JUST awesome! I used sugar free Orange Jello (they didnt' have sugar free lemon); no-fat cream cheese, and lite coolwhip (I used the whole small container). I am sure everyone will love it.
